Photography Refund Policy
1. Deposit and Booking Fees
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. This fee covers the initial consultation and administrative costs.
The remaining balance is due 10 Days before the event/session.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 20 days before the event/session will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the event/session will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session/event with at least 15 days’ notice without any penalty. The deposit will be transferred to the new date.
Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of the session/event may incur an additional fee of 10%
4. No-Shows
If the client fails to show up for the session/event without prior notice, no refund will be given.
5. Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost. The photographer will make the final decision on rescheduling due to weather conditions.
6. Photographer Cancellation
If the photographer has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the final images, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your gallery. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a resolution, which may include re-editing or reshooting under certain conditions.
8. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital photography, all sales of digital images are final. No refunds will be given once the final edited images have been delivered.
9. Print Products
If there is a defect in any physical products (prints, albums, etc.), please notify us within [number] days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
10. Third-Party Services
Refunds for any third-party services (e.g., venues, hair and makeup, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
